We had a great experience with Mister Sparky. We really liked that the technician who did the work was drug tested and background checked. That made us feel like our family was safe. You just never know these days who is entering your home so some extra reassurance is really great. When the technician arrived we were really pleased at his willingness to take some time and explain the problem as well as give us a few options to fix our problem. He gave us what he called a "straight-forward price" and it turned out to be just that! It didn't change even though it seemed to take a little longer than anticipated. I actually rarely take the time to write reviews but I was so pleased with the service that I decided to take 5 minutes. We will recommend Mister Sparky and will use them again. We were also pleased that the technician was wearing a sharp uniform. It is nice to see someone make some extra effort and not just show up in jeans and a t-shirt.
