I hope that other people have a different experience then I have had. It took my husband and I months to even find the right contact information. We mailed in our dates and the letter got sent back to us because of the wrong address. And no our vacation package had not expired. I actually found the right contact information on somebody else having the same issues who couldn't booked their trip. I have been contacted by many of their clients asking if I ever found the right information because I simply left review saying please contact me so I can have the correct information I'm beginning to think this is a scam on their Facebook page. Which also has the wrong information. when I finally got in touch with someone the lady was rude to me from the very beginning she brought up my review many times and when I asked what the correct address was I was hung up on this was after trying to call for months. Months later when I finally got my confirmation all I had asked for was June or July any time I could not do August because kids go back to school. When I got my confirmation the vacations were a week apart well there's no way I'm driving 14 hours a week apart to stay a few days. I had even made it clear I wanted them back to back which I thought that was just common sense. Still very rudely she said she would see if we could change it to where it was back to back. Again weeks after not hearing I contacted her and she told me it would be the end of August. When I stated we could not do that, that is the one month i told you I could not ,i could do June or July. which I've been going back and forth with this lady about our vacation for months now her response was you and your husband cannot have everything you want. I have never tried to book with a company that took so long to confirm and then did not even book your vacations together. And then after not having the right contact information for months and paying for a vacation that still took months.
