I am not the bride that believes nothing will go wrong on her wedding day but some things can be avoided. We booked the Musette with the understanding that it would be perfect and there would be nothing wrong. I communicated via email for every detail (including pictures of how we wanted everything to look) so nothing could be misunderstood or left out. She took forever to respond or would ignore certain questions. I felt as though I had to hound her for answers to the simplest things just in case we needed to be prepared for something. Our cake provided by her came in the wrong color (beige rather than blue), our food was cold, the lox on pumpernickel bread appetizers was stale, the spinach dip was like eating mayo out of the jar, the restrooms didn't have soap, and the owner was just plain rude. Mind you, we were told her food was excellent and because of the way she prepares it she couldn't do a tasting for us. That should have been a clue. We were told there would be enough
