Hardy Elementary School is a learning center that provides academic programs to students in kindergarten through grade five. The school has an enrollment of more than 270 students. Its educational programs include instruction in language arts, literature, reading, social studies, math and science. Hardy Elementary School also provides classes in fitness, music, art and technology. The school offers rice, chicken nuggets, macaroni, sandwiches, hot dogs, milk and fruit for lunch. It also provides psychology, speech, occupational and physical therapy, nursing, and reading intervention services. Hardy Elementary School offers special education programs to gifted and talented students. The school operates a library media center that offers a collection of Internet resources, books, magazines and newspapers. Located in Wellesley, Mass., it is a part of Wellesley Public Schools.
