- First things firstYou can't just sign up for a group training class. As a prerequisite, we offer a comprehensive, medically based fitness/training evaluation upfront-at no charge. We screen for injuries and potential vulnerabilities and determine whether you're ready to participate in group classes. If you're ready for these demanding, fast-paced classes, you can start right away. If not, we'll develop a customized plan to address any injuries or issues and get you ready for group. (We offer physical therapy if needed)

- Hard Core!Hard Core is a high intensity class with the primary focus of working from the core out. This class seamlessly concentrates on developing your core strength, building important ancillary strength, flexibility, and spinal decompression, as well as establishing the important symmetrical cross body connections needed between your hips and shoulders. Oh yeah, you will get a great sweat in too, as you continually generate internal heat, as you truly connect your upper body to your lower body. Experience this important missing link, most miss in their training progression
- Elite GroupThis invite-only program is designed for the individual looking to achieve the greatest results in the shortest amount of time; safely and efficiently, based upon each individual's goals, helath history, and activities. Sessions run in 8-week increments, with each session beginning with an evaluation/re-evaluation to set specific goals and objectives to always keep you progressing to achieve your elite level of conditioning
- TBX 30Our lunch bunch groups are catered to our extremely busy clients. These high intensity 30 minute workouts are high impact, incorporating strength and cardio. Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:30PM - 1PM in Wellesley, MA
- Hard Core SweatPilates based work out, incorporated with cardio. It is a 60 minute, fat burning hour, stemming from your core. Toning and strengthening your whole body. The workout is limited to 6 people

- Injured ReservesOur extensive work with NFL, NBA, NHL, and MLS players helping them get back on the field, more athletic and stronger than ever before, is our specialty. Our ability to rehab, identify weak links, and progress the athlete through the highest level of spors-performance is why as the leaders in Boston for this work
- Off-Season/Pre-Season ConditioningThis program is designed to take the professional althlete to the highest level of performance and specialization. We will take you through our evaluative baseline testing to determine the best plan for your success. We will match our training plan to your sport and position, to get you performing at the highest level of your career
