My mom just spent over 2 weeks in this facility. I was there 3 times/day. Our experience was wonderful. I was shocked to read some of the older reviews. Everyone including nurses, therapists, assistants and administrators was friendly, competent and diligent. Whenever it was time for my mom's medicines or therapy they would find her and make sure she had what she needed. We were very impressed.

My father has been in Regency Village for a little over a year now. Great place, clean, lots of activities, great rehab, and staff attentive to the residents needs.

Fantastic. My mother has been in hospitals and other facilities for years. Regency Village is by far the best. The nurses, the cna's and even the food is delicious. I am very critical when things go wrong and an not a push over... so when I say they are great- they are great!

Not so fast....beautiful facility and clean...but that is the end of the good things. No one takes responsibility for anything that is not "their job". Patients lay in bed for hours with no attention, bandages not changed, pain prescriptions given with out patient wanting or asking for, patients falling out of beds with no response from staff. Food was served cold and never on time. Vitals not taken....this is not a REHAB hosp it is a nursing home. They did not follow patients physicians orders. When complaints were made to management things slightly changed, but only for a day. There were a couple of staff members that you could tell cared about the patients but they were few and far between. This was my second experience with a "nursing home" and hopefully my last. I would never put anyone in this place.

Very nice. I have 3 friends there and they love their angelic caregivers. It always smells nice and they decorate for the seasons and holidays to cheer everyone up. May God bless the staff for caring.Suzanne Groneman
