I have seen Dr. Polsen a few times over the last 9 yrs. I also referred her to my husband, and our children. None of us will be going to her again. It was bad enough that she doesn't spend sufficient time with her patients compared to what she bills, but her staff, especially Cindy, in reception, couldn't care less.



Rachel in billing lacks diplomacy and understanding of customer service. Our family and friends have decided it's just not worth the trip and have switched to a more caring physician with staff more interested in us than SELLING to us!
