Veronica Hicks and her support staff are superb! I spoke with her when my air conditioner unit went out and needed a fan motor replacement. She was very helpful and eager to please. She told me what parts I needed, checked on availability and told me to come in to the store and she would be happy to assist me. I was very surprised to be treated in such a manner after having such a poor customer service experience at another a/c supply company in League City just moments before speaking with her.
