J and I Auto: Charged me 200 bucks in labor for 15 minutes of actual work on my car. Then charged me another 12 bucks in "tool charges". Then I asked them why they didn't perform the other services, he gave me the run-around. Other services was the replacement parts that he agreed to before he started the work on my car. He simply stated it didn't need it. I am not going back there when I need the replacement parts in another 20k miles. He did it so I will have to go back. Screw them!
