Owner David Hopkins, a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps, who has over twenty years' experience as an HSE professional, is excited to bring laboratory testing to Webster. "I grew up here in the Bay Area. I am proud to open ARCpoint Labs of Bay Area Houston in Webster, Texas. Our lab provides toxicology testing, health and wellness screening, and DNA services to businesses and individuals in the community."
