Horrible. Mislead and lied to us. Held furniture until they EXTORTED money. These people are acting criminal

The worst experience possible. We agreed on $150 for two hours. They were 45 minutes late and charged DOUBLE what we agreed on. I will call BBB, my atty, Angie's List and every place I'm allowed to complain. If you talk to a Michael for your move, watch out. Very dishonest!

Our experience with the A1 Low Cost Mover was AWFUL!. We reserved with Wayne, who offered no trip charge and a fair rate for 2 movers, with a minimum of 2 hours. Sounded good. WRONG. The contract required cash, a trip charge, different method of calculating hours. All surprises. We got a truck with no back door and a leaky roof. And it RAINED on our stuff. Wayne didn't care and told us to get the guys to unload faster. The only good thing were the 2 guys we got. They were wonderful. NEVER use this company. Lousy customer service (Wayne needs to be fired) and lousy trucks.

The guys were very nice and moved very quickly!!!! They were pleasant and handled my items with care !!!!! I'll definitely be using them again !!!

I just used the movers for a second time and once again the service was fantastic. The company has well trained movers that makes the transition much easier than expected.

I had them come out and move a couch from downstairs to upstairs. They did not treat me any different just because I only had a little bit to move. they even offered to move anything else for me since it was so quick. The guys that came were very professional and respectful. I felt very comfortable having them in my house. They will be who I call the next time I need anything done.

The movers that I used were great. I came from a 3 bedroom house in the Houston area and the movers knocked it out in just a few hours. The last movers I used took 3 more hours than the guys from here. The movers were very careful with my furniture and they all spoke English which made communicating with them much easier. I had a piano upstairs and they were very experienced in getting the piano down safely. The moving truck they used was clean and very large. My last movers came in a trailer which we had to do 3 loads. Having that big moving truck really did help cut down the moving time. There are many Houston movers but this moving company was amazing. I have a long distance move in a few months and I definitely will use A1 Low Cost Mover!!!
