Been a VERY UNHAPPY resident of Webster Woods for past 2 years. I rate them an F! They maintain their grounds like a 2 year old managing finances. They do not maintain grounds in summer, in the winter they plow when ever they feel like it. When you call to complain, they simply say oh, ok, we'll let the landscaping co know, BIG FKNG DEAL, nothing still gets done! The worst people to lease from. You high rents for the crappiest service ever. Nothing is included in rent and then they claim easy care living! Yea, BS. I have to shovell my own driveway when they are suppose to take cae of it.

They suck completely! I dare you to rent here. You too will end up one pissed off individual after paying a grand to 1800 for rent. The worst ever. Never again! I can ot wait till my lease ends this year.

THEY do not prep their units before u move in. They calim to paint, lol, yet u smell not one ounce of any paint. They claim to change the rugs, all they did was wash them and very poorly at that too. My unit still smelled of mothballs from the senior citizen that was living there prior to me. In the summer, kids knock on your windows and run, at least I think its kids. The public cuts through your units coming from the plaza located behind the units, which they also own.
