On this terribly snowy night I pulled through the drive thru to have a hot meal for the family. The person on the speaker was extremely rude, telling me the item I was asking to order was not on the menu board. I read it to her and said I could take a picture and how her. She told me to go ahead since she knew it was not there. Then once she finally realized it was there, she told me I get one side, not the two that it comes with. After finally reading enough to convince her of that, she quoted me the price. I pulled forward, and she ran away from the window sending a young man to cash me out. When he did, he charged me $2.50 more than she had quoted me. When I told him that, he told me it was the price. As I sat waiting I became more irritated, and so when he returned w/ the food I asked for the manager. Guess who that was? Yup, her. She told me she was not rude to me and I was wrong. I told her I would not be back,a nd she had horrible customer service skills.
