I was seen at 530 pm on sunday evening and was diagnosed with a bladder infection. I was prescribed an antibiotic. Dr. Called in my prescriptions to a pharmacy that was already closed. It was a sunday evening therefore i was unable to get my medication. Called freeman hospital and was told i had to wait to get my antibiotics. Already paid for the visit to urgent care. Suffering in agonyThe people at the urgent care rushed me in and had to unlock the door for me to be able to leave. Have had nothing but horrible trouble with freeman forever now. I would never go there if it wasnt for the fact that our insuranceWas freeman. Dr.s never seem to care.
