Our Zendo USA Temple offers instruction and classes in Zen meditation, Tai Chi, and Qi gong. Our open air Zen fitness studio and club classes are conveniently located at Broward College minutes away from Cooper city, Plantation, Hollywood, Weston, Southwest Ranches, and Fort Lauderdale areas. We invite you to experience our Zen meditation Tai Chi and Qigong studio and class. _

I like this class a lot, seeing that it helps letting go of stress. It also helps that the people there are cool and nice. I will recommend this class to anyone who has free time, and is stressed out. And from what I heard in this semester we are learning tai chi, which is awesome! :D
I love Zendo USA and what they stand for. They are a beautiful charity and offer lovely live enriching programs, the Zen meditation is my favorite.
What can I say, they are a wonderful charity and an excellent organization to be associated with. I am new to meditation and Tai chi, but have become a lifelong fan. As I mentioned before they are a hidden gem within the Broward College campus and the Town of Davie area.

Zendo USA meditation and Qi gong is great! Give yourself the gift of a time out just for you. The meditation is very centering and the Qi gong energy gathering is amazing!
