Everything was great. MJ was helpful, polite, and efficient.

Michelle was very friendly, she assisted us twice (came on a Saturday but decided to not purchase, then came back the following Monday) and was Michelle patient with our purchasing of the Tahoe, also manager Robert "Bob" (sorry can't remember last name) was courteous and helpful.

After test driving it I realized that it would not work for me and Tyler listened to what I had to say and he got me in the right vehicle for the right price. All in all very good. Michelle Coursey was responsive, courteous and very friendly in all communications as well as in person. Only complaint is that this business will not accept a cashier's or certified check! These are both universally accepted ways to transfer funds with confidence for both parties.

My purchase experience has pleasant. Bryant initially during my research phase and later John during the negotiating phase, were both very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. It took about 2-1/2 hours to complete the transaction, which was ok.

Our experience was perfect!! From the minute we pulled up we were greeted with friendly salesmen. Bryant was quick, honest and listened to everything we wanted/needed in a truck. We didn't realize that they closed at 7pm when we got there at 6:45, but no one hesitated to help!

I was looking at some inventory on line and began communicating with Rob Howard. He helped me find 3 versions of the model I was looking for. We narrowed it down to one, and with the deal he offered, I told him to write it up. I then drove to the dealership, test drove the vehicle, and then signed the papers and drove the vehicle home.
