Have had several packages thrown at my fence. Today was the last straw. Broke a glass pie plate I had bought for Christmas gift. Can't get anyone but stupid machine when I call. Do I need to go to someone higher in the government for assistance?

Have had several packages thrown at my fence. Today was the last straw. Broke a glass pie plate I had bought for Christmas gift. Can't get anyone but stupid machine when I call. Do I need to go to someone higher in the government for assistance?

My packages were delivered and placed in a field instead of being brought up to our home. We do live on a road off the main street where our primary mail box is located but our home is clearly visible and we have provided a package box in front of our home to help the drivers. Packages can only safely be placed at our home NOT on the street or in a field. Please correct this. We have not had a problem until this event and hope it is the last.

Did any of these Postal Workers even go to school. I am always getting someone else's mail in my PO Box. Last year my ex-wife found my Tax return check setting on one of the counters in the Post Office.This year my Drivers license never made it to the PO Box. DPS said it was delivered. Where are they putting my Mail ?

I planted 5 sections of new sod at my mailbox. The dumb letter carrier speeds up to my mailbox, slams on the breaks and pushes all my sod to one end. I have asked her not to do that but she keeps doing it anyway

I am not receiving my mail. I received the junk mail on Tuesday and nothing since then. I talked to the postman earlier and he said that he is new. That's always their excuse. Then about two hours go by and neighbors down the street from me came and gave me 5 pieces of my mail. What?! Then I start going door to door and find that none of us are getting our mail in the right mailboxes. I did pick up pieces of my mail along the way. I am so sick and tired of this. I am about to get married and am receiving lots of things through the mail. I have not had any problem getting delivered the things I get from UPS, they are excellent by the way, my only problem is with my local post office. Oh, and last week, I scheduled a redelivery and of course, I'm still waiting. I had to get off work early yesterday to go pick it up because they never redeliver anything, it seems. Oh, and I told the man at the counter the problems I've been having and he just shrugged his shoulders at me like he could care less. I can't believe our tax dollars are going to this. I've never had this problem anywhere before I moved to Weatherford. This post office sucks!!! Elizabeth Scruggs

This post office STINKS!!! The postal workers never know where any packages are and NEVER sign up for a re-delivery, because it won't be re-delivered!!! The mailman just told me that he didn't even look at my re-delivery request so he didn't know when I even wanted it. I work M-F and specifically sign up for it to be delivered on Saturdays because I can't get down to the post office during the week. He now tells me the office isn't open but I can go pick up my package on Monday. What's the point of signing up for a re-delivery?? No one even reads them at this place!!! I've never dealt with such incompatence!! Learn to do your jobs!! I so wish I could have all of my mail go through UPS and FedEx. They are amazing and know what the hell they are doing! This Weatherford branch is just downright ridiculous!!!

I simply want to talk to my local P.O. but your typical Government voice mail doesn't understand my request, after many attempts. I wanted to rate this no stars.

I've always had good service from the Weatherford post office until recently. I've always heard that the mail always get through but my mail was not delivered for five days. I know the ice storm caused bad driving conditions but maybe they need better equipment to enable them to deliver mail on a daily basis. I know sometime it takes several complaints to get anything done so I am doing my part.

I asked to buy a postal money order by cashing an existing postal money order. The clerk to my postal money order to a "back room". Came back about 5 minutes later and said that it was being examined by other staff and to be patient. I waited another 10 minutes and I then ordered the clerk to retrieve my money order and I asked for her name. I have been a customer since 1993 at this post office.

I saw some bad reviews for this post office when I was looking for the location. I just want to say my experience today was exceptionally proficient. There are always lines to wait in, but every worker was extremely helpful. I appreciate their service for helping me with an International Package which I had never done before.

The only change I would make is to add onto your website page ---Is the working hours M-F ----- to ----sat ----- to ---- under normal conditions..Thank You, Kathleen Bigler
