- Dental ExaminationI enjoy working with our patients and especially like the kids: it’s fun to see them excited about getting braces. Likewise, it’s enjoyable to see each person feel more confident through treatment. I started working in a dental office in 1984 and then transitioned to orthodontics. In 2014 I was invited to join Baldwin Orthodontics. I now have more than 36 years of orthodontic experience. I handle our new patient exams, take records, and oversee Invisalign® treatments. I also work in the clinic providing patient care and seeing recall patients.

- CrownsThe MARA appliance is anchored to the molars with crowns, modified crowns, or bands. The lower attachments are fixed to the molars. The upper attachments are removable to enable us to make adjustments according to your treatment plan.
- Bridges
- DenturesKeep your retainer clean, too, by brushing it gently with a toothbrush and toothpaste. You may also soak it in denture cleaner as instructed by our office. Do not put your retainer in boiling water or in the dishwasher.
- Oral SurgeryMost children lose all their baby teeth by age 13. By the end of their teen years, the jaw bones will harden and stop growing. Orthodontic procedures for adults often take more time and can involve tooth extraction or oral surgery. Receiving early orthodontic treatment as a child can help prevent the need for orthodontics as an adult, leaving little to no chance of extraction or surgery in the future.
- Jaw SurgeryDr. Baldwin can tell you if orthognathic surgery is needed as part of your treatment. Depending on the severity of your case and the alignment of your jaw, you may or may not need surgery.
- Maxillofacial SurgeryOral and maxillofacial surgery is one of the nine recognized dental specialties, and it focuses on treating complex craniofacial cases that involve the mouth, jaw, face, and skull. If you need surgical orthodontics, Dr. Baldwin will work with an oral and maxillofacial surgeon to ensure you receive the best possible care.

- OrthodonticsThe American Board of Orthodontics was founded in 1929. It is the oldest and most prestigious specialty board in dentistry. The ABO’s aim is to elevate the standards of the practice of orthodontia, to familiarize the public with its aim and ideals, and to protect the public against irresponsible and unqualified practitioners.
- Invisalign OrthodonticsThere’s never been a better time to straighten your teeth with the most advanced clear aligner in the world. Our office is proud to be a certified provider of Invisalign clear aligners, which give you a clear, convenient, and comfortable option to achieve the smile you’ve always wanted.
- BracesThe changes in my appearance as a result of treatment changed how I felt about myself and how others saw me. I felt greater confidence and ease as a result of having braces and I wanted to be part of that same transformation for other people. For more than 25 years now, I have been blessed to watch smiles and personalities blossom — one amazing person at a time!
