I had high expectations of this restaurant after the delicious appetizers and salad and was willing to overlook the poor quality of the drinks from the bar, but when my filet mignon arrived (on attempt 1), the meat was heavily overcooked. I sent the dish back to the kitchen and a second filet was brought to me. The quality of the meat was horrific. Although the restaurant claims to serve the finest cuts of meats available in the area, this filet appeared in every way to be one of those shoddy $4 filets sold in Wal-Mart. The meat was tough, unflavorful...and the side of Hollandaise that I ordered to accompany it fell apart...it was soupy and not well prepared. What bothered me most is that no manager came to address my concerns. All in all, I was highly disappointed with this restaurant.
