In my visits with clients in Western NC I noticed how impeccably maintained their printers were. Turns out every one of them were serviced by this local company. Many printer repair technicians cut corners particularly in doing preventative maintenance and only fix what is breaks. I can honestly say that durin my 20 years in the printer industry, this is THE most proactive service provider I have encountered. Although I have not yet met this legendary "Joe the tech" personally, I will refer all my clients in that area to him based entirely on the results of his field work and client satisfaction. I look forward to meeting and working with a company with this level of commitment, integrity and customer service. I wish there were more like him accross the country. It is refreshing to find a company in such a highly competitive industry going the extra mile in protecting customer assets in both equipment and user downtime. He is the guy I want servicing my clients printers!
