I am appalled that this place is allowed to stay in business. No one that works there cares about the animals or the people that come in in an effort to give the animals a new home. They never come when a call is placed about a stray animal. I called to see if our dog might have been picked up yesterday after the storm and he said I'd have to come look for myself. So, instead of him getting off his lazy butt to walk 20 feet to check I have to drive 20 miles to come and see for myself. This place is a joke. It should be shut down to keep animals from having to be placed in these cruel living conditions.

Melissa is awesome and really cares about the animals! The shelter didn't have what we were looking for at the time and she said she would keep her eye out and call us if she found it. I wasn't expecting a call back but sure enough, she called back and they had exactly what we were looking for. We were happy to save a shelter animal AND find the cat we were looking for!
