On July 20 2016 I went looking for a new mattress at Carolina Furniture Concepts in Waynesville NC. I had not purchased a new mattress in over 12 years, so I had no idea what i wanted, all I knew was that I had not been sleeping good for a long time. I have lots of back problems and I knew that I needed help deciding what was best for my back and overall health. When I entered the store I was welcomed by Amy who had a great smile on her face and a great personality. She listened to all of my concerns and she gave me her suggestions on what she thought would be best for me. After trying out almost EVERY bed in the store I laid on the tempur-pedic cloud supreme breeze and fell in love because I knew that was the mattress for me. After much consideration and talking more to Amy I decided that I wanted the adjustable base in order to be more comfortable while watching TV in bed. When Amy and I went to make the deal Mary got into the process of how much all of this was going to cost me. She was very happy to help me get the numbers on how much the entire package was going to be and she gave me a Great Deal!! I also meet Trace who told me that I needed to be good to myself with this purchase. I also meet Perry who was great to me by getting my bed delivered on Thursday July 28 2016 which was earlier than expected and I CAN'T WAIT!! So take my advice and if you need any furniture (big or small) make SURE to buy from Carolina Furniture Concepts in Waynesville, NC. I will be going back to purchase a living room set very soon. However, I dealt with Adriel who made my dreams come true, Adriel worked closely with me over emails and phone calls for weeks to get for me exactly what I wanted at a budget. My house is beautifully decorated with famous name furniture all on a budget.

My husband and I visited CFC of Waynesville for the first time today. Our sales person, Adriel Thomas was very informative and helpful guiding us in our selections. We ordered two twinsize beds with mattress and boxsprings and a coffee table and two end tables. We also were educated about many of the brands of furniture by Thom and very much enjoyed the entire experience. Our furniture is to be shipped to us sometime in Oct. We will give another review once we receive our furniture. Hopefully that experience will be as good.

I highly recommend Carolina Furniture in Waynesville. The sales staff and manager were great and easy to work with. They were very considerate and went above and beyond when my furniture choices did not work in my home. I left being a happy and satisfied customer. -Kimberly Conard

I have shopped at a lot of furniture stores, and at all those stores I got a lot of b.s., from the staff. All I can say is with my experience I got none of that here, the staff here are simple straightforward and no gimmicks. I knew what I wanted and I got what I wanted, oh yeah and did I mention there prices are awesome. I'm not sure what all these negative reviews are about here, sometimes people just want to be angry even if they are getting a good deal and good service. Anyway I'm just going to say don't write this store off, go in and check it out, I know the next time I'm buying furniture I'm going to CFC first.

As of this point I have yet to get a response from the manager, in reference to receiving a deposit on a decline order that took 2 weeks too atempt to get!! Then decided to go elsewhere. Sinclerely Angry! Alicia Bryson
