My layers were choppy and terribly uneven, my highlights were not evenly spaced.....at all and she (the owner) glopped it up about 3/4 in. from my scalp. I had to leave with wet hair because her next appointment arrived, so I didn't know how it looked until I got home. I went back later in the week for her to correct it. After attempting to fix both the cut and color it was worse! I had to go the the Lion's Mane for some serious correction.
