I have never in my life seen a facility SO UNDERQUALIFIED to offer behavioral health assistance to children (or adults for that matter), than A PLACE FOR GRACE! I have had two separate encounters with them in the last 2 yrs and they have both left me puzzled and wondering WHAT these people are doing in this career field! They are practically dangerous and if someone were ever "on the edge" and begging for help- they are the LAST place you should go for assistance because they are apathetic, unwelcoming, lacking in compassion, and their support staff is absolutely HORRIBLE! At a minimum, their support staff needs to all be fired. They play a very dangerous game and they are going to be the straw that breaks the camels back someday for someone who is desperately reaching out for help and feels hopeless after being treated poorly by a facility called "A place for grace". If you find the same unkind resistance at APFG- please look elsewhere! There IS HELP! Do not give up on finding it.
