  The Magisterial District Judge in District 13-3-01 handles civil and criminal matters arising in Waynesburg Borough, Wayne Township and the West Greene School District (Aleppo Township, Center Township, Freeport Township, Gilmore Township, Gray Township, Jackson Township, Morris Township, Richhill Township and Springhill Township).

• Estate Planning
  As Register of Wills she is responsible for the probate process for Wills and Estates, along with other estate related documents such as the Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Returns. The Register is also accountable for the collection of the Greene County portion of the Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax for the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue. As the Recorder of Deeds, her duties include recording all of Greene Counties land and property records, including but not limited to, Oil & Gas Leases, Deeds, Mortgages, Lot Plans, Highway Maps, and Mine Subsidence Maps. Along with the confidential filings of Military Discharges (DD214’s). She is also accountable for the collection of the Greene County Reality Transfer Tax for the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue.
