      False claims on how he can help me with pain. Never go back. Office dirty & cluttered

      The office looks cluttered & dirty. He was making derogatory & inappropriate conversation. I thought the appt. was over so i got off the table to leave he started screaming at me. He was asking personal questions. I was uncomfortable.
