The folks working at Brooks Auto are friendly, professional and honest. They have worked on our family's cars for more than 10 years. I respect their opinions about our car repairs.

HORRIBLE people - wouldn't raise a finger to help a World War II veteran whose car broke down on the way home from UVA Medical Center because it was "quitting time before a holiday weekend (yeah, MEMORIAL DAY)" and they "had all the work they needed." Would not even peek under the hood to see if something obvious and easily fixed had gone wrong. And it was actually 15 minutes before quitting time. That was the response to a diabetic, who has a bad heart and failing kidneys and uses a walker to get around, who was also 150 miles from home. We had Dad's car towed elsewhere while he made a difficult journey to a nearby restaurant on foot to get something to eat so he could take his meds. The fine folks from Drumheller's Towing (who dad insisted on buying dinner for) and Enterprise were a striking contrast to the heartless encounter at Brooks.

They were able to fix my car the same day so I could get back home.
