Founded in 1984, Home I.V. Care and Nutritional Service is one of the oldest home infusion therapy providers in Virginia. The center offers physical, occupational, speech and recreational therapies. Home I.V. Care and Nutritional Service also provides subacute, respite, hospice, postsurgical and colostomy care services. It offers diabetic care, stroke rehabilitative and nutritional counseling services. In addition, the center operates a wound care department. Its professional nursing services include ostomy care, chemotherapy, and infusion and intravenous antibiotic therapies. Home I.V. Care and Nutritional Service offers transportation, salon, transportation, and short- and long-term care services. Located in Waynesboro, Va., the center is accredited by The Joint Commission.
