- Dental ExaminationI love being a dentist! Through my years in hospital and private dental practices I have been able to draw upon all modalities of dentistry to care for my patients. I feel fortunate to have had so many excellent teachers and mentors that have taught me the importance of treating the complete patient. This includes assessing my patient's medical history, listening to their "chief complaint" and providing a comprehensive examination enabling me to provide my patient with the optimum treatment options and/or preventative plan. Most importantly I work with an excellent team of dental specialists and know when it is in the best interest of the patient to refer for the best treatment outcome.

We will also discuss and review all your cosmetic concerns.
- Teeth CleaningUsually your dental cleaning can be accomplished in the first visit (but, this can often depend on how long it has been since your previous cleaning as well as the overall health of your gums).
- Fluoride Treatment
- FillingsTooth bonding can also be used for teeth fillings instead of amalgam fillings. Many patients prefer bonding fillings because the white color is much less noticeable than the silver amalgam fillings. Bonding fillings can be used on front and back teeth depending on the location and extent of tooth decay.
- Resin CompositeNewer dental fillings include ceramic and plastic compounds that mimic the appearance of natural teeth. These compounds, often called composite resins, are usually used on the front teeth where a natural appearance is important. They can be used on the back teeth as well depending on the location and extent of the tooth decay. Composite resins are usually more costly than the older silver amalgam fillings.
- VeneersThere's no reason to put up with gaps in your teeth or with teeth that are stained, discolored, badly shaped, chipped, or crooked. Today, a veneer placed on top of your teeth can correct nature's mistake or the results of an injury and help you have a beautiful smile. Veneers are a highly popular solution among dental patients because of their life-like tooth appearance.
- CrownsCrowns are a cosmetic restoration used to improve your tooth's shape or to strengthen a tooth. Crowns are most often used for teeth that are broken, worn, or have portions destroyed by tooth decay.
- Bridges
- Dental BondingBonding is a conservative way to repair slightly chipped, discolored, or crooked teeth. During dental bonding, a white filling is placed onto your tooth to improve its appearance. The filling "bonds" with your teeth, and because it comes in a variety of tooth-colored shades it closely matches the appearance of your natural teeth.
- Restorative DentistryDr. Rose's involvement in a number of continuing education study groups enables him to stay current with the latest advances in cosmetic, implant, and restorative dentistry. It is always his goal to provide the very best treatment options for his patients.
- Root Canal TreatmentHistorically, onlays were made from gold. However, because of the unprecedented progress in tooth bonding techniques porcelain and other strong composite materials can be used to restore the tooth back to its original strength. Onlays are tooth colored and are virtually undetectable. Note that it is best to treat the tooth (teeth) before it has any symptoms such as extreme temperature or sharp biting sensitivity. With a bonded onlay in place you can minimize the chance that root canal therapy or gum surgery become necessary due to additional internal or external tooth cracking. They can transform unsightly, heavily filled teeth (silver-mercury amalgam fillings) into strong, tooth-colored works of dental art that will help you confidently eat and smile for years to come.
- DenturesImplants may also be used to anchor dentures, especially lower dentures that tend to shift when you talk or chew. Plus, for patients with removable partial dentures, implants can replace missing teeth so that you have a more natural-looking smile.
- Dental ImplantsIf you have missing teeth, it is crucial to replace them. Without all your teeth, chewing and eating can destabilize your bite and cause you discomfort. When teeth are missing, your mouth can shift and even cause your face to look older. Implants are a great way to replace your missing teeth.
