Worst Insurance company ever!!! My Samsung note 8 broke and I filed my claim and incorrectly input the date of loss which was an error on my part and they said the phone was not covered so they could not process the claim. So I called to give them the correct date and they told me that their "system" would not allow them to change the date more than 2 days. So, I asked the representative even if I have proof that the phone was active and covered on the correct date then can I get it replaced. they replied no because they can adjust the date more than 2 days so I would basically have to buy a new phone if I wanted to replace my phone the insurance would not pay for it. This is CRAZY!!!! so I have never filed a claim with them before and the first time I do I cant get my phone replaced???? So what is the point of having insurance if they are going to figure out a way to get out of paying the claim??? cancelling my coverage with this company ASAP!

This insurance company is an absolute joke! I have had to file 3 claims on a stolen iPhone 8 and they have sent me the wrong phone 3 times. I am infuriated with the lack of customer service I have received thru this company. Im not sure why people pay for insurance if they send you a crap phone each time. Every time I call customer service I get the run around! Going back to my old carrier where at least I felt I was taken care of. I will be filing complaints with the Attorney General in my State and also in PA. Also will fill out a claim on the BBB.
