I had just recently went to the Wayne facility for the first time. To begin, the two hosts were somewhat sarcastic, short and abrupt to children and parents at times The whole facility is filthy including bathrooms. During play time children remove their shoes and I must say my child's socks turned black and filthy so fast. Worst part about the dirty rugs is your children will get their hands filthy with germs because after each game the host makes the kids pick up the silly string or marshmallows or whatever other game they have done. So all little hands are all over a germ fested rug. The host makes a game out of this but really your kids are cleaning up for them. They don't allow parents in the play room however we did step in to observe. Lastly I was not impressed with how they use bottled juice as opposed to single juice boxes that are unopened. The large bottles can be reused over and over again for other parties as this also cannot always prove to be sanitary and clean. The amount of money that you pay they should offer individual juice boxes. The pizza was also cold. Would not recommend this facility at all!!!!

I've heard a lot about this place and took my son to a party there. The place is too small, the hosts were abrupt with parents and kids, borderline rude. Some of the games were too rough. Parents sit in an entrance lobby while the kids play. Halfway through the party, we were thrown out of the lobby by the owner and told to go to the food area so he could get another party started in the lobby. The food area is tiny, not even enough room to sit. The party host barked at the kids and parents alike. With all the competition around the area for hosting kids parties, I don't know why anyone would chose to go here.

I have had 2 great parties here. One for my 9 year old daughter and one for my 5 year old son. I was very skeptical about it the first time I came to a party, but that quickly changed. My kids had a great time and so we booked parties for them. My 9 year old daughter had a dance party at which all of her friends had a great time dancing and getting their hair streaked. The music was appropriate and the staff was attentive. I had time to chat with my friends and watch the kids on the TV's. My sons party was even better we had sports games and bubble machines. The best part of the party was they took pictures for me and even made a DVD! I must admit I was pleasantly surprised at how well the parties are run and how much the kids enjoy themselves at these parties. It seems we are now trend setters because all the other kids are having their parties there as well. I have a feeling we will be back next year!

I have taken my child to several parties here and was not satisfied. The bathrooms were dirty. The hosts were very militaristic with the kids. The facility, especially the eating area, is too small and poorly layed out. Hence parents are squished together and bump into each other trying to help their kids. I can't recommend this place. There are lots of other choices.
