Absolute garbage of a place. Had my parents live here for 2 years and I have no idea how they were able to stand it. The staff is probably one of the first I've ever seen and I have lived in several apartment complexes around Wayne. They literally take 2 weeks at the minimum to get back to a complaint you had. And the worst part? If you ever plan to move out, they start sending random people into your home to get an idea of how big the Sq. Ft. is... and since you signed the lease, they can do that whenever they want, no matter what business you're attending to. I would NOT recommend this place to you if this is the last place on earth.

Never again. So glad I got out of this place. I guess my biggest issue came when I told them I was moving out soon. 5 months since before my move out, they would start sending people into my home whenever they pleased to advertise the place to potential tenants. It didn't matter if I was int he bathroom, cooking dinner or had guests over, apparently that's one of their clauses in the lease you sign (read carefully!) so they can do this as they pleased. It irritated me so much and made me want to get out of there even faster. The only plus is that it is very close to ShopRite but other than that, it's not worth living here.
