Well my experience wasnt' the best, I wish is was because i had very high hopes. I went in to change a black to an auburn, RESULTS hair IS auburn only on top the rest is black! Gina did my hair she kept saying that it was the lighting in the salon it was reflecting only the top of my hair. The shampoo girl was awsome! the place is very hip music was great and they are very friendly. Im just not happy whatsoever with my resutls. I paid $140! I expected to see a difference to tell you guys no one notice that anything was done to my hair, oh and btw she told me it was $140 for bleach color and cut, which is very reseonalbe compared to Bangz anywho, she didnt' cut my hair and still charged me $140! I was so furious by then that I just wanted to get out of there before I caused a seen and embarrassed my myself. So Yes im glad that all these women had a good experience as for me...I wont be going back :( believe me I wanted to LOVE IT!

No doubt the best salon in Wayne or anywhere around. Excellent service and they really know hair. I have been to many salons and none even come close to there work. What I asked for is what i got. I am so tired of these other salons who color and cut me the way they think i should look rather than the way i asked them to do it..Great job Secrets!

Awesome salon..Everyone there was incredibly nice and Beautiful, the salon was gorgeous, clean and well stocked. My appointment was on time and my service was top notch. I would have to say this is defenitaly the salonto be. I have been to many in the area and none of them come close to this Place!!

Your Salon should be featured in a magazine or one of these reality shows.Everyone is so beautiful and talanted. I am so happy to have found your salon.You truly are the best I have ever seen. If you havent been to secrets you really need to go and try them. The service is exceptional.

Secrets salon was absolutely the best Salon i have ever went to.The salon was beautiful as were the stylists,and the service was exceptional.You guys really do what you do well.

I had an EXCELLENT experience at The Pampering Lounge. First I was greeted by the owner Diana Torres who consulted with me and recommended a stylist which would be best for my needs. I was more than pleasantly surprised at how well Samantha was able to not only grab the concept of the hair style I wanted but she was also able to make the exact color I wanted for my hair, which was not found in the book. Let no mistake be made about how much hair can grown on one head, but Samantha was not worried. She was able to thin my hair by 30% without compromising my commitment to going "natural" and using a customized temporary color gave me the look i wanted, again without permanently staining my hair. The entire staff was not only professional but extremely curtious and fun. It was wonderful to go there for a first time and be treated like an old favorite. I'll be back and i hope to see you there.

A friend of mine took me to this Spa to receive a massage. I had Erin she was GREAT! I only paid $30 for an hour massage. At first I was nervous, but Erin was very professional. I was able to relax & really enjoy the massage. Once I was done I had my highlights done by Samantha. She was also GREAT! I wanted to make sure she understood what I wanted & she made my hair look better then I pictured. I had to right this review because it was unlike any of my trips to a salon or spa. I give them two thumbs up for being GREAT at what they do! By Lynn C.
