GREAT GYM, NICE AND CLEAN THE STAFF IS HELPFUL, AND THE CLASSES AND INSTRUCTORS ARE GREAT.. GREAT PRICE.

I love this gym. You can't believe the transformation it's gone through. What a great sense of family here. Everyone is so helpful. The classes are diverse and the instructors are top notch. There's no other place like it. I get here in the morning and have a cappuccino with the girls before I start my routine. Great! Great! Great!Cheryl

Great gym, New female owners knows what woman want, clean, great classes, the instructors are all great and friendly, free coffee I LOVE THIS GYM ladies come to Womans way you would know what I mean as soon as you walk through the door. Love it Love it, Love it.

I love this gym. It's has everything you need to get a good workout, and the ONLY gym I found while shopping that offered as many classes as they do. Not to mention the fact that it's all female clientele, which of course, adds a huge comfort factor. The instructional staff is mostly very competent (though there are one or two that don't offer very challenging courses) but they employ some of the best instructors I have worked out with! I always think of a gym as what you make of it, and this little gym can give you quite a bang for your buck. Oh sorry, did I mention it's cheap???

The people WERE great, but unfortunately the best ones left! the members are really nice, but some of my favorite staff were mistreated & its unfortunate. with a male owner of a woman's club, what do you expect? they increased my membership & closed on sundays! my advice: go somewhere else.
