No stars from me (only put one as it makes you pick at least one star). We took our puppy there and fair enough her fur was a little matted, so I expected it to be short, but not only was it short, she has long patches here and there, making her look ridiculous. While taking her home, I noticed blood; she had been cut on her arm by I'm guessing from the clippers. I am most upset. I also was not happy that she left her face with a lot of fur, maybe some people like having their dog have short body fur and long facial fur, but we personally think it makes her look like her head is HUGE compared to her body. I will never take my dog back to them again. I do not recommend this place, find somewhere else. Somewhere that treats animals with care and doesn't cut them!
