Ware manor is a bad lazy place my kids live there and there is mold on walls and and roof leaking and nothing done about it I give it a five star as a place not to live

if there is a maintenance problem buy you own filters - do you expect the property to do everything - and you do nothing. i have heard about the maintenance problem at ware manor - and to keep the residents from having no service the manger contacts a temp service for the company to send a person on the property until a qualified person is hired - if the manger was so terrible would she do this? she is a very caring person - before you keep scandalizing her read lease and rules - she is trying to keep everyone protected

Ware Manor Apartments are a good place to live - before 2004 the area was very bad - people would hang out - residents had problems coming out of ther apartments - August 2004 the complex was cleaned up and people who have visited the property since them have commended on how good the area is since 2004. There are rules the residents agreeded to when they sign their lease and the rules of the property. Signs are posted no loitering.

I am a concerned mother. Why do my daughter have to exscort me to my vehicle when I leave and come to visit her and my grand children. I read her lease and it does not state that. I am 70 years old on a walker and its hard for me to get in and out my vehicle. Sometimes when I sit there to long I get harrased by yall courtesy cop. { ABOUT LOTTERING}. Meaning I just had open heart surgery. My daughter is not always able to come right then to exscort me in and out because she has 3 small children. I was wondering why you can't stand outside to smoke a cigarette with out having a lottering ticket thrown on you. Everybody don't smoke around there kids. One of my grand kids has to take 5 asthma treatments a day. People have family that comes to there house to visit quite often and there getting targeted as drug dealers. That s wrong, and unfair to the visitors and the tenants. It is a lot of people paying a lot of rent to live out there and when something tears up there is no maintenance man

i live in ware manor apartments in waycross georgia...it is so strict..the landlord doesnt do anything but sit around and gossip with her favorites.to top things off we have only one maintenance man trying to do all the work..this person have moved like two weeks ago and left the apartment nasty across from, and the roaches is coming from her apartment into mine...and thats bad when your house stay clean..and on top of that i have a newborn...
