D. Joan Hester, ACA, Audioprosthologist, has twenty-six years experience in fitting and dispensing hearing instruments. She has been helping people in Texas in Dallas, Tarrant, Ellis and Navarro counties since 1981. Ms. Hester brings a lifetime of experience with her to this profession. She herself has worn hearing instruments for fifty-two years. She understands the challenges of the hearing impaired, drawing from her own experiences to help others increase their quality of life through better hearing. Office Manager of Advance Technology, Faina Harris, has thirty years of experience understanding the needs and challenges of the hearing impaired. One of her children was born with a hearing loss which has given her insight to what is needed to help our clients.
