It is best to stay away from this "lawyer". I am sure that he is employed by Tioga County, NY as a public defender because of his Dad. If he didn't have that employment, he would more than likely have no income since he is subpar as an attorney in private practice. Meaning: He does not have all the facts when tells his story. He listens to hearsay and has it printed. He fabricates information in order to try to get a "win". He also w/holds information from you unless you advise that since he is a "lawyer", he must ethically give you that information. He tries to do sensationalism in order to get a case to sue. His Dad was a good lawyer for personal liability and made a good living at it. This "lawyer" tries to do the same, but fails miserably at doing so.
Save yourself a loss in money and time; look elsewhere.

Todd miller is a terrable attorney and dos not look out for the best interest of the client. He is rude and dos as he pleases not what the law requires. He allows people to make pleas while under medication and dis not care about the outcome. I personally wouldn't refer him to a dead person let alone a living one

Never, ever take a will to this attorney to be probated! He has had the paperwork to file for 4 months and the will for 7 months and did NOTHING with it. Until he was told to return the original will. Then within 24 hours of him being told that all of a sudden he wants the filing fees to file it. Wasted all that time and left us out there waiting. In the mean time I contacted an estate lawyer and gave them the information and come to find out we don't even have to probate the will because the value of the estate with no real property involved is under $30,000.00. He did not tell us that!!!! But now he wants money!!!! He is not getting Anything! I should sue him! He is only out for himself and certainly is not looking out for his clients best interest. Stay far away from him. He wrote the will so that was the reason we went back to him. Big mistake!

He does not have all the facts when he puts something out there. He bases his summations on his own opinions, which are wrong. He truly is a bad lawyer and he tries to ride on his Dad's reputation, which he will never do. He needs to find another profession.

Doesn't seem to care about getting best result possible. Rude. Doesn't keep in contact. Only in it for the pay check. Find a better lawyer if you're truly innocent. Looks to make a deal even with no evidence against you. Doesn't return phone calls.
