I paid $94.88 just for there "diagnostics charge" just to find out what I already knew, that a hard drive cable was bad in my Macbook. I told them that when I walked in! Why did they need a $94.88 diagnostics fee? Also, I needed an iMovie project off of the hard drive before they did a reset. They did save the iMovie clips for the project, but failed to copy the project file, meaning I did 6+ hours of editing and all I have now are the clips I started with. The staff are not knowledgeable and the store is very overpriced. I will never buy from them again and my experience with them has led me to the decision to stop buying all Apple products because the nearest people who can help with any Mac problems are a two hour drive away.

Purchased a MacBook and had great service! Then called in a few weeks later on a question about the iPad.. And was treated very rudely. I recommend this place, but not whoever was on the phone!

I just bought a new iMac last night from Happy Mac. I've been debating a new imac purchase for quite a while. With the new release I was sure to buy one. I looked online at the apple store. I stopped in Happy Mac a couple of times and asked way too many questions which they were more than happy to answer. They told me the base model would satisfy my needs and didn't try to "upsell" me. I ended up buying the 27" base iMac and my kids are glad that I did. I'm grateful that we have an Apple store in town and will buy my Apple products there. Browse on the Apple store, buy at Happy Mac!

I was sold a computer that does not fit my needs even when explaining what I would be using the system for. With the advise of the salesman I also purchased an item that was not at all what I expected, when I returned it I was charged a large restocking fee. I would not recommend shopping at this store. When call to discuss they did not return your call. Very unprofessional.
