I recently stayed at the Inn Town Motel for six days while on business in the area. The room I had, number 10, was clean and warm, with a comfortable firm bed. While small compared to a city hotel room, it was perfectly fine for my needs. The TV worked well, the internet connection was fast and strong, the water in the shower was hot (not scalding), and the refrigerator and microwave were a bonus I wasn't expecting. Because the property is a half block off the main road, the whole motel was very quiet. The couple who own the motel were exceedingly friendly and helpful, steering me to the best restaurants in town (Helen's Cafe and Tony's Pizza), making sure the room was made up whenever I arrived at the end of the day, and standing ready with any information I asked for about the area. I especially appreciated that they put me in a room that had not been used by smokers.
