Took my engagement ring in to get resized. The jeweler told me that my engagement ring stones were cubic zirconia, after testing them with his testing device. The next day we went back to get a statement from them to pursue legal action against the company from where the ring was bought. After they found out we purchased it from another company, which supplies their jewelry, they told me that the ring was real diamonds. Everyone but the older lady that works there was just plain rude. I have been telling people I know not to shop there and EVERYONE I have talked to so far has had bad experiences also. They would rather drive 40 miles to Appleton than deal with the very negative and rude service, and also shoddy workmanship that has been done there. I will never step foot in this store again, except to warn people I know to go somewhere else.
