Waukesha Family Practice center, established in 1976, offers health care services through its resident physician, faculty physician and nurses to the community. Located in Waukesha, Wis., it offers a variety of services, such as pregnancy and infant care, child and adolescent care, orthopedic care, counseling services, and adult and geriatric care. Its other services include health maintenance and disease prevention, minor surgery, immunizations, and weight loss and smoking cessation programs. It also has a laboratory, offering imaging services, such as X-ray, flexible sigmoidoscopy and CT scan. The center is affiliated with the Waukesha Memorial Hospital and the Medical College of Wisconsin.
