We train to win real fights, which do not have set times and conditions, or any rules at all. Students learn to end confrontations quickly by injuring, disabling or knocking out attackers and even using deadly force if necessary. With Ving Tsun training, you may not need to use force to make peace, but knowing that you can if you need to, brings a relaxed self assurance. Our system of Ving Tsun descends from Shaolin itself through the Grandmasters to the modern day era of Sifu Tim Lee's Sitaigung Yip Man, his Sigung Moy Yat (a close student of Grandmaster Yip Man), and his Sifu Moy Tung. Our school, led by Sifu Tim Lee, is available to all within the appropriate age range who want to learn self-defense, protect life and improve one's community.
