First time buying from a dealer that wasn't a new car dealer affiliated with a major brand. Dan is not a hard-sell type of sales person, he let me roam the lot, answered questions, was very honest and patient with me regarding any issues when I looked at vehicles. Ended up getting a truck from them, and he wrote in the sales agreement a fix around the exhaust manifold w/o asking - he proactively did it since he knew it was an issue (not one that would "break" the car, but one that could affect mileage). Normally buy new, but wanted a 3rd family vehicle, and by a stroke of luck ended up with them. I'd do business with Dan again and would refer him and this place to others based on my experience thus far.

My family has purchased three vehicles from here this year and they are all outstanding. This is by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. There is no dickering on the price but the prices here were lower than anyone else in the area. Actually had a couple of problems with one of the vehicles within the first few weeks and they fixed everything without charge. They will give you the Carfax if you ask, had the Edmund's price printed out sitting on the dashboard. Gave us a fair price on our trade. Will definitely return here if we need another car in the future.

I purchased two cars from Ideal Auto Sales, one while they were in Milwaukee, a 1997 Ford Explorer, and a 2003 Ford Explorer about a month ago for my wife. They had the absolute best prices, and my 1997 is still going strong after 4 years, and me putting 60K on it. I will come back when I need another car, and they are the only salespeople I trusted, after shopping for days. The only complaint is they will not discount the vehicles, but after looking at the Explorer I just got from them, every other dealer wanted at least $2,000 more for the same truck.

I drove 4 hours to pick up a car I found on the internet and drove it 4 hours back home. Great deal on an excellent vehicle. Paid $4000 below bluebook. Very quick responses to e-mails, and as friendly as I would expect a salesman to be.

These people have terrible customer service and an even worse street reputation. They scam people into contracts and sell cars that shouldn't be allowed on the streets. They were ran out of Milwaukee due to their shady business and are continuing their pathetic tradition in Waukesha. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! YOU WILL BE SORRY!
