- CryotherapyWe make sure we are up to date on the latest techniques to alleviate your ENT problems. We were among the first in the state to use balloon sinuplasty both in the office and in the operating room. We offer cryotherapy for chronic nasal congestion and runny nose. We have laser surgery capabilities in our office. Whatever you need to make you better, we can make it happen.

- Primary CareDr. Kass has taught both resident physicians and primary care physicians and given many scientific presentations on the medical and surgical treatments of sinus and nasal problems, sleep apnea and snoring, as well as ear and tonsil issues in children.
- Ear InfectionsEar infections in childhood are all too common, but that does not necessarily mean they are a normal part of the growing process. It is common to think that ear infections are caused by a bacterial infection and to run straight to your doctor or the hospital assuming antibiotics are needed. Even doctors find it difficult to diagnose the cause of an ear infection in Waukesha because the symptoms, including pain, loss of sleep and appetite, vomiting, difficulty hearing, and fever are often the same regardless of the source.
- Sleep DisordersA full sleep study at a sleep center involves staying overnight at the sleep center with a lot of monitors attached to evaluate a full array of possible sleep disorders, but for most people, that’s not necessary. Through our office, we offer the convenience of a home sleep study, where you take the equipment home and sleep in your own bed. We find that it’s much more representative of an actual night of sleep for you, and it can diagnose the most common sleep disorders. We will show you how to set up a few monitors, you sleep in your own bed, and you bring the device back the next day. We have results for you a few days after that.
- Family PracticeDr. Fox remains on top of new technologies in the field so she can offer these options to her patients, including coblation tonsillectomy and balloon sinuplasty. She remains active instructing medical students at the Medical College of Wisconsin and residents in the Family Practice residency program at Waukesha Memorial Hospital.

- ElectrocardiogramElectrodiagnostic test procedures give information about the status of neural pathways. These procedures are used with individuals who are difficult to test by conventional behavioral methods. They are also indicated for a person with signs, symptoms or complaints suggesting a nervous system disease or disorder. Auditory brainstem response (ABR) is an auditory evoked potential that originates from the auditory nerve. It is often used with babies. Electrodes are placed on the head (similar to electrodes placed around the heart when an electrocardiogram is run), and brain wave activity in response to sound is recorded.
- ImmunizationsProof of Immunization. We will disclose proof of immunization to a school that is required to have it before admitting a student where you have agreed to the disclosure on behalf of yourself or your dependent.
- EndoscopyWhether it’s trouble breathing through your nose, constant congestion and runny nose, or persistent sinus infections, we can take care of you! We have the latest technology and procedures to fully evaluate and treat nose and sinus problems. This includes in-office CT scans, in-office endoscopy, balloon sinuplasty, cryotherapy, and even surgery if that’s necessary.
- Mental HealthRight to Inspect and Copy. You have the right to inspect and copy your health information, with limited exceptions. To access your medical information, you must submit a written request detailing what information you want access to, whether you want to inspect it or get a copy of it, and if you want a copy, your preferred form and format. We will provide copies in your requested form and format if it is readily producible, or we will provide you with an alternative format you find acceptable, or if we can’t agree and we maintain the record in an electronic format, your choice of a readable electronic or hardcopy format. We will also send a copy to any other person you designate in writing. We will charge a reasonable fee which covers our costs for labor, supplies, postage, and if requested and agreed to in advance, the cost of preparing an explanation or summary. We may deny your request under limited circumstances. If we deny your request to access your psychotherapy notes, you will have the right to have them transferred to another mental health professional.

- Ultrasound"My younger brother was referred to Dr.Ubell for a lump on his neck- Dr.Ubell was very knowledgeable and made a quick and accurate diagnosis. Thankfully after Dr.Ubell ordered an ultrasound of my brother's neck the lump turned out to be nothing serious, it was just an enlarged gland but it was still a scary thing to go through as a family. Dr.Ubell's bedside manner was phenomenal, you can tell he is a very genuine person and really cares about his patients. Dr.Ubell's extensive knowledge and compassion helped to ease my mother's nerves! A few other members of my family have also seen Dr.Ubell in the past and he has been great every time, I would 100% recommend Dr.Ubell to anyone."
