Chef Jack's did an amazing job for my wedding reception this past October, 2009. Countless guests commented on how outstanding the food and service was. Tammy and her staff were so nice and accommodating. The night could not have been better.
I had my wedding this past year and Chef Jack's was our chosen caterer. It was nothing short of spectacular. Six months later I am still hearing from guests that the dinner was the best wedding food they have ever had. Chef Jack and Candy were really a joy to work with, from the initial planning to the day of the wedding. At the wedding itself, Pam and the staff the day of the event were all very attentive and professional...even with the less than ideal weather for an outdoor event. They truly made our special day unforgettable and I will continue to recommend Chef Jack's to anyone that is in need of a caterer.

My wife and I hired Chef Jack to do our wedding this past month. I have celiac disease and cannot eat gluten-products, such as wheat, rye or barley. If I eat these items, I get very sick. We hired Chef Jack because he got rave reviews and in talking with him, he seemed to understand the gluten allergy. We decided to go with an epicurean style dinner.Things up to the wedding seemed fine and my partner and I were very excited to be pampered and enjoy our big day. When the first tray of food was passed at the reception, I noticed an item on the tray that I was not familiar with, so I asked what it was, excited to try something new. I was told that the item was not gluten-free. So, not only was this flakey pastry not gluten-free, but it had possibly contaminated all other items on the tray. Long story short, I ended up getting very SICK ON MY WEDDING NIGHT from eating something that contained gluten. I assumed this was a mistake and Chef Jack would at least apologize for this V
