I wanted to write you on Franny’s first birthday with an update. The fence is magical. Both of us are so much happier with it. She can chase squirrels, ponder nature and watch the world go by. I am happy that I don’t have to take her out every couple of hours in all kinds of weather. It has made such a difference. I am more then willing to admit that I was extremely skeptical and you were both on target. Anyone who thinks these fences are punitive have it all wrong. It has given her so much more freedom. It even makes it possible to play with her in the yard, as she is not tethered to a 30’ line. I am so happy I got it and I appreciate how you accommodated her ‘phobia’ of men. Please feel free to use me as a reference for anyone who might have the same concerns I did. Thank you!

After having issues with our dogs taking off and ending up in neighbors yards we decided to look into investing in an invisible Fence . We met Craig and Lisa at the sports show and decided to go with their product. They were great . Not only are they knowledgeable with their fence system but also on how to properly train a dog and most importantly the owners . We have now had our system for over 3 years and we love it . They even gave us tips on how to housebreak and train our dogs properly and in a positive manner . You can't go wrong with them . We highly recommend them to anyone who is not only looking for a great containment system but also looking for support and professionalism .

Over 7 years in business and over 1000 customers, we have never run across a customer we are not able to satisfy. In fact, if you ask our customers, they rave about our install process, knowledge, customer service, and how we train their dogs on the system. In all cases we have changed their lives and their dogs lives for the better. What this customer is not telling you is how many times we were at their home to try and resolve the changing issues they were saying they were having. We did everything we could, INCLUDING offering a refund for the equipment. We gave them 30 days to do so, and it was never returned. Obviously the system is working well for them, and their perception of problems are not an issue. We don't just install a system for our customers, we care about the well being of the dog and making the entire experience pleasant for both the dog and customer.

My experience with Border Patrol was GREAT!!

My husband and I have a chocolate lab (Tanner). 4 years ago Tanner ran out onto our busy road and was hit by a car. Thankfully he survived, but it was a very expensive vet bill. It was so worth the money to have a pet containment fence put in and Craig from Border Patrol was great. This company doesn't just install the in-ground fencing and leave you on your own for training. Craig came back to our home and brought his own dog and actually trained and worked with Tanner on where his boundaries were. Last year my husband and I built and moved into our new home. It didn't take Tanner very long to figure out that our new home did not have the containment fencing, therefor, he wasn't wearing the pet containment collar. He took off to neighbors about 3 times and the 4th time he was picked up by the Waukesha County Humane Society and was put in doggy jail!! As soon as the final grading was done to our yard, we called Craig from Border Patrol to come and put the fencing line in. We were able to transfer and use the same system from our old home, so it was a very minimal cost for the new line, but so worth it!! Craig walked Tanner around our yard and it was absolutely amazing to see how Tanner reacted as soon as we put that collar back on him and he saw the temporary flags around our lot line. I highly recommend Border Patrol!! Great Service!! Great System!!

Do NOT hire this company to install your pet fence. Horrible experience!!!!! I wish someone would have told me before I hired them to install my fence. After our fence was installed and they came back for the follow up training I had a few concerns that I needed to go over with them. I was yelled at by the owner and told that I was a problem. All he wanted to do was get in and out as quick as possible. He had an issue with the fact that I had questions and concerns. TERRIBLE customer experience!!!!
