I love my new 2002 Carrera Cabriolet. My Salesman (Marty) was very instrumental in getting me financed and actually was a big influence in my purchase. I had been in contact with him about a week prior to actually bidding on the car and he encouraged me to allow him to run my credit and he was confident that he could find a lender to suit my situation. Wylah!!!! I was approved and I was very anxious to pay the buy it now price for the vehicle. Once I arrived at the dealership I realized how busy the salesmen were and was welcomed by Craig because my salesman was busy with another customer at the time. After Marty finished his business with his client he worked diligently with me to make sure the transaction was as smooth as possible. Marty is a true example of a superior salesman who will go above and beyond to satisfy the customer.

Was looking for a rare Audi Allroad with low, low miles for our 1st family vehicle. After several months of searching (and loosing out on 4 potential Allroads with miles less than 60,000) we found an 2004 Allroad with 34,500 miles on Autotrader at Elite Motors. (FYI Average mileage of an 2004 Allroad is 109,000 miles and the lowest I had found prior was 48,000 miles) Spoke with Diego who with no money down guaranteed me 1st look at the vehicle when it hit his lot. Diego was true to his word. He called daily to keep me posted on any progress and updates to service work which may have needed to be performed. My concern was that another salesman would sell it without his knowledge. To ease my concern; he had the Manager Mark inform all employees of Diegos promise to me. i currently live in texas and wanted a "high end" car without the price. i used to live in the lake county area so when a friend from there recommended elite motors i decide to try them out. they were great about working the deal over the phone. they took the time to discuss possible car options with me and when i chose a car they answered all the questions i had. (i was very nervous about buying a car without seeing it in person). business manager Debra Shore worked very fast to get all the paperwork end of the deal done while still taking the time to walk me through the process. she was available to answer any questions i had.in no time they shipped my new car out to me. When it got here it was just as they had said and how it looked online. todays technology is great, i can search for and buy a car from my computer and across the county. what a great experience :)
