The Community Action Partnership of Lake County is a nonprofit organization that works to strengthen, promote and represent the voice of people living under the line of poverty in the United States. The organization helps to alleviate poverty, its causes and consequences by linking the resources that lead to individual and family self-sufficiency. It provides youth prevention and emergency family services. The Community Action Partnership of Lake County s Head Start program helps to develop emotional and social skills in children from low-income families.
