She is a good doctor, but the communication at this clinic is horrible! If you leave a message with a receptionist, don't expect it to get to anyone. Messages seem to get lost or ignored. If you ask for a nurse to call you back or to ask your doctor about something, don't expect it to get done. If the office says they will check on insurance for you, it most likely won't get done unless you call and remind them several times. We often blame doctors for things when it is actually the staff.
